What is the minimum (and maximum) amount you want to raise for your ICO?

We wish to raise a minimum of 750 ETH worth of $POWER and we've put an hard-cap at 4 800 ETH.

Is there a minimum or maximum investment amount per person?

For the moment, no. However, beware of bank or crypto transaction fees which are not neutral and are at your expense.

What is the price of the $POWER token during the presale and public sale?

During the presale, 1 POWER = 0,15$
During the public sale, 1 POWER = 1$

Where does the presale and public sale of the $POWER token take place?

The presale will take place on our website civicpower.io. Concerning the public sale, we will bring you more information when we have validated the plan (short term).

How will the POWER token be distributed?

You will be able to claim your tokens directly from the Civicpower app at the end of the ICO.

What is the maximum quantity of tokens (total supply)?

How many tokens are allocated to the team?

The team has no allocation of tokens but it will buy some during the presale (from the first day!).
2 000 000 units are reserved for the communication and marketing part.

Is there a vesting or lock-in period?

There will be no vesting or lock. However, the tokens are not distributed immediately after your subscription.

Whitelist

How is the order made for the buy-back during the quaterly burn operations?

The order for the buy-back at an above-market price is defined by the date of registration during the whitelist.

Is there any hardcap for the whitelist?

The whitelist has no limit.

Does the whitelist registration guarantee us access to the presale? 

Yes, as long as the 48M of $POWER are not booked before you.

Payment

Can I pay with 2 bank cards or with different payment methods?

Yes, no problem. All your transactions are gathered in your Civicpower account.

Will I be able to invest more (or less) than the amount I entered when I registered for the whitelist

Yes, of course, as long as there are still POWER available.

When will the address of the Votelab SAS account be available in the case of a transfer in €uros?

At the same time as the other means of payment, at the latest on May 15.

How to pay in EUR?

- credit card payment: no fees 

- bank transfer (again, depending on your bank, SEPA transfer, allow up to 72 hours to add a beneficiary in some banks).

Which cryptocurrency wallet should I use?

Only Ethereum ERC20 wallets are eligible (Metamask, myetherwallet...)

Exchange wallets (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken etc...) are not eligible, you must be in possession of your private key.

If you have a wallet for which you hold the private key (like Trustwallet), you can import it into Metamask. Then you will have access to this wallet on Metamask.

Will I have to complete a KYC (Know your customer) form?

A KYC form will have to be filled out as of 500 euros of subscription or equivalent in cryptos
